Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab Condition Open University to start session in July : The Tribune India

Newly founded Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab Condition Open University aims to commence its 1st session in July. The university will start off its certification and degree classes following it receives permission from the distance training bureau of the UGC.

In the meantime, the university has determined the syllabus for the classes and begun the method of using the services of academics.

Dr Anita Gill, Dean Academic Affairs, explained: “The enrolment of learners will start off as soon as the session begins in July. By then, the university will request authorization from the distance training bureau for commencing the courses.”

She claimed the university had passed the syllabus for its classes. “We are heading to run a slew of classes under the educational facilities of social sciences and liberal arts, languages, business enterprise administration and commerce between other people. Program content for all these diploma and certificate courses was passed at a conference of the educational council held final 7 days.”

As these, the university will now run a range of classes, like certificate classes in electronic promoting, rural administration, powerful organization and social conversation, cyber protection, synthetic intelligence and its software and many others alongside with degree courses, including bachelor of science (information sciences) and bachelor in liberal arts.

She mentioned the university also hold an orientation programme for the improvement of techniques of teachers affiliated with the college for preparation of examine material for the programs. — TNS
